THE B.L.U.E. METHOD™

The B.L.U.E. Method™ is not a clinical program.

It's not a certification track or a therapeutic protocol.

It's a framework built on lived experiences and a shared understanding: that the nervous system, not the thinking mind, is where patterns are stored.

The four elements— Breathe & Befriend, Listen, Locate & Land, Unwind & Unravel, Express & Integrate — aren't steps in a process. They're invitations. Each one asks the body a question the mind can't answer for itself.

This work is for people who understand themselves and still can't seem to change.

For people who have done the work and know something is still missing. For people who are exhausted in a way that rest doesn't fix.

Why this works when other things haven't

The Secret - Bottom Up Change

Most approaches to change work top-down: you learn something, understand something, decide something, and try to make the body comply. This works for some things. For deep patterns, the ones that fire automatically, that you recognize even as they’re happening, it reaches a limit.

The B.L.U.E. Method™ works bottom-up.

—Through the framework the body releases the pattern first.

—That release creates new information, a new experience the body hasn’t had before.

—That new experience updates the brain, which integrates it and begins to wire differently.

—The brain follows the body. Not the other way around.

Everything You Need Is Within YOU

Healing isn’t something that gets done TO you. It’s something your body already knows how to do

The B.L.U.E. Framework

The B.L.U.E. Method™ is a somatic framework for working directly with the body to make lasting change possible.

The work moves through four steps, not as a technique to apply, but as a sequence of conditions that allow the nervous system to release what it’s been holding and update itself with new information. Four phases that work with the body — not against it.

B

Breathe & Befriend

Settling into the body, with what is happening in current time. Not what you think should be happening through the lens of the mind Breath is the bridge between awareness and the body.

L

Listen, Locate, & Land

Bring attention inside. Find where the pattern lives in the body. This is not visualization; it is direct contact.

U

Unwind & Unravel

Allowing the body to show you what has been held, inviting release. No stories. No efforting.

E

Express & Integrate

Expression completes the process, inviting release through movement, sound, emotional release or energy.

The Origins of The B.L.U.E. Method™

The B.L.U.E. Method™ didn't begin in a classroom or a clinical setting. It began in two bodies — in two lives that had each, in their own way, found their way home.

Susan Blue spent decades as a somatic therapist — studying the body, working with the body, and living the particular kind of knowing that only comes from having done your own work at that level. Craniosacral therapy. Trauma resolution. The slow, patient, profoundly relational work of sitting with someone while their nervous system remembers it's safe. Susan's approach was never about technique for technique's sake. It was always about creating the conditions — the quality of presence, the quality of attention — that allow a person's own system to do what it already knows how to do.

Dee Kinsey arrived at this work through a different door. Not through training. Through necessity. Through a life that had wired particular patterns very early — hypervigilance, people pleasing, the relentless over-performance of someone who learned that doing enough might finally make her feel like she deserved to be here. She had done the work. Years of it. Therapy, spiritual study, yoga philosophy, network chiropractic, somatic practices, Joe Dispenza, regenerative detox, Gnostic teachings. Each one gave her something.

What changed everything was Susan.

When Dee experienced Susan's work — not read about it, not studied it, but actually felt it — something shifted that decades of intellectual understanding had never touched. This was somatic work as direct experience. Not a technique applied to her. A quality of presence that created enough safety for her own system to begin to move. She looked at Susan one day and said: the world needs this work.

What followed wasn't a curriculum design process. It was a synthesis. Dee brought everything she had accumulated — her pattern recognition, her teaching instincts, her hard-won understanding of how the nervous system actually works, her years of calling people forward in corporate and leadership contexts — and she began to build a structure that could carry Susan's work further into the world. A framework that was teachable. That could reach people who would never find their way to a practitioner's table.

The B.L.U.E. Method™ is the result.

Core Philosophy:

You are not broken. You are patterned.

Who this is for

You’ve Done the Work. You’re Ready for a Different Kind of Experience.

This work is for people who have done the intellectual work and know that something more is needed. People who are tired of managing and ready to actually shift. People who suspect the body holds the key and want to learn to work with it. It is for:

—The person who overreacts and can’t stop it, even when they see it happening.

—The one who understands exactly why they do something and does it anyway.

—The one carrying an exhaustion that sleep doesn’t touch.

—The one who is functional, present, capable, and somewhere underneath all of that, disconnected from themselves.

—The one who has been shaped by experiences they may not even have words for yet.

Patterns are not character flaws. They are intelligent, automatic responses that the body and brain developed to keep us safe. They made sense when they formed. They often keep running long after their usefulness ends. Change doesn't happen through insight alone.
